Review for River City Dealer Services

Dale Barkalow and crew of the River City Dealer Services installed a precut bra on my Toyota Landcruiser 2009. They overstretched the film then has to trim. They cut into my paint for about 2 feet of paint cut. Not good for a brand new car. He was in some denial until he sent his installer over and removed the film. He then came and somewhat acknowledged the cuts. He eventually made somewhat right and paid a detailer to minimize the cuts but some of the deep bumper cuts are still pretty visible. He then paid another installer to do the job he could not do. There are probably many more vehicles with cut paint. Most people just don\'t know what to look for.

Dale did pay for the detail work and for install of new film. Damage to the car cannot be fully undone and he never offered paint and body work. I would not have wanted to go the paint route but he should have offered to fully resolve the issue not just skate out the cheap way. Paint protection film install should never damage a vehicle. River City Dealer Services trims the film on the car and when they get in a hurry mistakes are made.
